Detailed Tour Itinerary
Our representatives will greet the tourist in the Airport and move directly towards Shillong (130kms from Guwahati). The ride will take around three and a half hours. The troop is then checked into the hotel for night stay. If time permits, the evening can be used for a stroll in the city.
After breakfast, we travel to Cherrapunji (60kms from Shillong), which takes around 2 hours. After spending the whole day in Cherrapunji, return back to Shillong later in the evening.
After breakfast, we drive to Kaziranga National Park from Shillong (325 Kms / 7 hrs drive) and check in to the hotel for over-night stay. The evening time is for leisure.
The elephant safari starts at 5 in the morning, which gives the tourists beautiful glimpses of the one horned rhinoceros along with other animals like deer, birds etc. post breakfast, and a few hours of leisure and stroll, another safari awaits to the western Range. Over night stay is fixed in Kaziranga.
After breakfast in Kaziranga, we move directly to the Guwahati airport (250kms/5hours drive).
